If, within 90 days of receiving your merchandise, you are FOR ANY REASON not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with your purchase from any Beds, Beds and More location, you can exchange that merchandise for anything else in the store, WITH NO RESTOCKING FEE OR PERCENTAGE.

Also, if you should happen to need to exchange, you can exchange for ANYTHING IN THE STORE. If the exchange value is less than the original purchase value, a credit memo will be issued to the customer for the difference. This credit will be good for one year from the date of original purchase at any Beds, Beds & More location (unlike the big box Mattress store which charges a hefty restocking fee AND you can only exchange for something of equal or greater value in their guarantee!).

The customer may return a mattress and leave with a new mattress at no addtional delivery charge. Or, we'll bring the new mattress to you and take back the prior mattress for a flat fee of $60 anywhere in Austin.
